This Return and Refund Policy applies only to purchases made through JL Hobby Online.
• Order Accuracy
JL Hobby strives to fulfill all orders accurately. If there is any discrepancy in the received products, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving their order by using the contact details provided on our website.
• Return and Refund Process
Once a request is received, our team will respond within 2–3 working days to guide the customer through the return or refund process.
• Replacement or Exchange
If customers choose to replace or exchange a product, the item must be returned either in person or by post to the address provided by JL Hobby. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Eligible Return/Refund Reasons
1. The product is delivered in damaged or defective condition.
2. Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
3. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of order, payment, and delivery.
• Missing Product
If an ordered product is missing from the delivery, JL Hobby will either refund the value or replace the item.
• Incorrect Product Received
If a customer receives a product they did not order, JL Hobby will arrange to collect the incorrect item.
• Undelivered but Charged
If a customer is charged for a product that was not delivered, JL Hobby will refund the full amount charged.
• Overcharge Adjustment
If a customer is charged more than the product's listed price at the time of order, JL Hobby will refund the price difference.
• Inspection Before Refund
Returned items will be inspected before any refund is approved. A refund is not guaranteed unless all return conditions are met.
• Refund Timeline
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 2 months. Actual receipt depends on your bank's processing time. JL Hobby is not liable for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
